As our chocolates are perishable, our guarantee applies only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot be held responsible for delays, rerouting, or delivery issues if the recipient is unavailable during the first delivery attempt.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the complete address, including company name, apartment, or flat number, wherever applicable.
Orders that are returned or rerouted due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional reshipping or relabeling charges.
For us to evaluate your request for a return, exchange, or refund, we kindly ask you to share a video recording of the product/order at the time of raising the request.
We will review and evaluate your case, and refunds will be approved in special circumstances only. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting 20% (towards shipping and payment gateway charges) from your original payment. The brand also reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of discount codes, redeemable on your next order.
Please note, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. However, if an item is found to be unavailable after confirmation, we will notify you. In such cases:
